Your first payment is processed when you sign up.

If you join the monthly plan, your second payment will be on the 5th of the next month, then monthly after that.

Shirts ship on the 10th for existing members and those who join before the 5th of the month.

What kind of designs will I receive?

Each shirt is a limited-edition design, available exclusively to club members. The shirts are designed to fit oversized for optimal coziness. While most shirts will be short sleeves, we may occasionally include a lightweight long sleeve.

How does the payment process work?

Your first payment is processed when you sign up.

For monthly subscriptions, your second payment will be on the 5th of the next month and will continue monthly thereafter.

Prepaid subscriptions will be rebilled quarterly or annually depending on the plan you selected.

When will I get my shirts?

Shirts ship on the 10th of each month.

If you join the club before the 5th, your shirt will be included in that month’s shipment. If you join after the 5th, your first shirt will ship the following month.

How can I manage my subscription?

You can update your shipping address and other details in your account or by emailing us at info@finderskeepersdesigns.com.

You can also pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account or customer support.

If a prepaid subscription is canceled it will finish the duration paid for.

There are no refunds for any subscriptions.
